Now, the point is how to face a struggle in our life-

* I will not say how to end the struggle in life because the struggle is the name of life.
* If you do not have a struggle in your life. Then you cannot learn anything. You cannot improve anything in yourself. Life stops without struggle and life becomes boring. The struggle is life.

23 Ways to overcome the struggle of life:-

1. Find the Purpose of life-

>Finding the purpose of your life is the first step to living the best life.

>Ask yourself what you what to do and what makes you feel happy.

>Keep the purpose in mind and start working for it.

>Gradually your life will start changing positively.

2. Identify your attitude-

>The first thing peoples notice in you is your attitude.

>Your attitude determines your future.

>If your attitude is negative then you attract only the worst thing in your life. therefore, one should always think positive.

>If you have a good attitude then you attract good things in your life.

>You have a choice. Concentrate on the problems or the solutions. The choice is yours.


3. Set your priorities-

Identify what is important to you reaching your goals. Arrange your list according to your priorities and check again. It's an important thing for you to do. Always remember your ultimate goal.


4. Start taking small actions-

If you want to achieve your goals then start working for these goals. Without taking action your goal is never met.

5. Live in the present moment-

Living in the present moment means forgetting the past and letting go of future stress and live in today. Enjoy every moment of your life


Try to be happy even your present situation against you because sadness is not a solution to any problem. so be strong and think in a positive direction. 

Time will not come again so respect your time. Make good use of your time in good things & enjoy your life & spread happiness.


6. Come out of your comfort zone-

comfort-zone is a situation where a person full comfortable & don't want to accept any change. so, try to come out of your comfort-zone & you cannot give your best in any goal without coming out of your comfort zone.


7. Remove negative people-

Remove negative people from your life who dis-courage you. Sometimes negative people pull you down. They try to distract you from your objectives & they don't want you to succeed. Avoid toxic peoples and negative energy. 


8.Stop comparing-

Whenever you compare yourself to someone else. It is poison for you because we always focus on negative points. Where we underestimate ourselves. so, don't compare yourself with another.

9. Stay positive always-

Positive thinking attracts positive things, negative thinking attracts negative things. the choice is yours. What you want in your life.
If you want to change your life then start positive thinking & positive actions in the right direction.


10. Manifest your desires-

Start visualization. what is visualization? visualization is a technique to manifest your desire goals. How to visualize? Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes & imagine what you want in your life & feel that your dream is already achieved. Do it daily till your dream comes true.


11. Exercise-

Exercise is beneficial for everyone. People who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing any disease. so, start exercise daily.


12. Don't be so serious-

Stop being so serious all the time. Start live life. Laugh more and more as you can.

It is easy to blame others. Do not blame your failure on others. Identify your failures and rectify them.

Write down a journal is a good habit. write down your emotions. it will help you to make good decisions.

Read the struggle of others which will give you the strength to face your struggle.
