One of my favourite quote given by Buddha is- "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment."

• No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We must walk the path.

• No matter how hard the past is, you can always begin again.

• ‌Happiness comes when your work and words are of benefit to others.

• Work out your salvation. Do not depend on others.

• ‌There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting.

• When the action comes out of nothing it creates no karma.

• Just as one can make a lot of garlands from a heap of flowers, so man, subject to birth and death as he is, should make himself a lot of good karma.
