Some people call godly devotion spirituality. For some only emotion is spirituality and some consider it as their religious spirituality.

Spirituality means knowing the inner conscious, meditating, and observing. It means knowing about oneself or being self-aware. In the eighth chapter of the Gita. the spirit is called spirituality.

Spiritual means relating to people's thoughts and beliefs, rather than to their bodies and physical surroundings.

Difference between spirituality and religion:-

Spirituality is a very difficult subject. It is very complicated to know what spirituality is. Many people associated spirituality with religion. while spirituality and religion are completely different from each other.

Spirituality is related to people's beliefs, and thoughts, not people's external bodies. Spirituality is assumed as Spirit in the Bhagavad-Gita (holy book of Indians). This means that to know oneself is spirituality.

Everyone understands spirituality according to their point of view. Spirituality for someone is worship, charity for someone, and service for someone is spirituality.

On the other hand, religion is a practice formed by a different culture. Every culture has different customs. Muslim people believe in the Quran. Indian people believe in Bhagavad-Gita. Christians believe in the Bible. Similarly, each person has his religion. which he learns from his ancestors and follows in his life and this is called religion.

During the Corona epidemic. people are becoming aware of spirituality. Spirituality brings positive changes in our lives and with this, we can make our life very good. With this, we can control our minds and fulfill our dreams. There is a lot of stress in today's life. Spirituality is very helpful. There is nothing wrong with adopting spirituality. It is very helpful in making life better for all.

Spirituality is very useful for our mental health, improving concentration, reducing stress, improving depression, improving relationships, increasing immunity, and improving blood circulation.

By adopting spirituality we feel positive changes in our lives mentally and physically.
